01. What is the best way to deal with a migraine?
a) Drugs, darkness, and sleep.
b) Ibuprophen and sleep... and water.
02. What is the best stress relief?
a) Horseback riding.
b) Technically excercise, but I really like video games.
03. Why does it seem like everything happens at once?
a) Perception is funny that way.
b) Because it is.
04. Why are succulents so in right now?
a) They are cute and hard to kill speaking as someone who is notorious for killing indoor plants that are "easy" to keep.
b) They're easy to care for and require no skill or general pruning.
05. Why do some people thrive on schedules and others can't handle them?
a) Depends on the person.
b) Depends on the personality. Some people really like knowing what they're doing and others don't.
06. Why does my eye keep twitching?
a) Stress and/or need of more sleep.
b) Probably stress.
07. Why do people say they want something then pass it by or give it away when they finally have it?
a) They may have decided they didn't want it, the version offered wasn't up to their standards, or it might have cost too much at the time.
b) They actually didn't want it. They just thought they wanted it.
08. What is the funniest word you can think of that starts with "U".
a) Umbridge she gives me the willies
b) umbraculiform - shaped like an umbrella. Say it with me. um-bra-cu-li-form. :D
09. Why is it called pineapple, when’s there neither pine nor apple in it?
a) "The Spanish explorers thought pineapple looked like a pine cone, so they called it "pina." The English added "apple" to associate it with juicy delectable fruits. South American Indians had a name for pineapple meaning "fragrant excellent fruit," which became the basis for its botanical name: ananas." - google
b) They vaguely resemble pinecones, but were edible like apples. Thus pine-apple. Though the rest of the world, with the exception of the Spanish and English, call them ananas.
10. Why is an electrical outlet called an outlet when you plug things into it? Shouldn’t it be called an inlet.
a) Nope, because power comes out of it. Outlet is correct.
b) Because you plug it in, but it outputs electricity.
