01. Why are video games so addictive?

a) Must. Beat. Next. Level. *zoned*
b) They allow us an escape from reality.

02. Why can kids run around in the snow wearing little to nothing while most adults add layers upon layers of clothes to stay warm?

a) Kids are too focused on play time to care about the temperature. Adults are usually more aware of their surroundings and the consequences (ie getting sick).
b) They lack the ability to realize when they are cold... or possibly it's because they're running.

03. Why is waking up in the morning so difficult?

a) Waking up means having to do things.... warm blankets... soft pillows... zzzzzzzz
b) Sleep is amazing. Why wake up?

04. Why does it always seem like when you are trying to keep things clean is when they get the most messy?

a) I blame the children. >.>
b) You agonize over keeping things clean, so everything always looks messy.

05. What is the purpose of decorating a fir, crowning it with a star, and putting it in your house?

a) Every religion has a different spin on what the symbols of the tree and various decorations mean, though the star is probably the most commonly accepted symbol. Really though, it's just a fun tradition for most.
b) Something about symbolizing Christian faith.

06. Why is it so hard to keep all family members happy for the holidays?

a) Everyone wants something different. That makes it hard to please everyone, especially if pleasing requires being in two places at once.... time turners anyone?
b) Everyone likes things that are different, so keeping everyone happy is difficult.

07. Why do pets always want to stay in the most inconvenient places? (like in front of the screen you're trying to work on)

a) Maybe you'll stop trying to work and pay attention to them instead. :3
b) They want you to love them and play with them and stop staring at that weird machine.

08. Why is the common new year's resolution to loose weight?

a) Everyone spurges on all the holiday feasts and Christmas cookies, which means added weight at the end of the year. Have to claim some method of trying to work it all off since it won't just vanish on it's own. Not helped by the unrealistic standards our society holds as far as the ideal body type.
b) It's usually the one thing that people hate about themselves.

09. Why does it sometimes seem so hard to get rid of things?

a) We live in a very materialistic world.
b) Sentimentality is difficult.

10. What is the hardest color to see?

a) Bright yellow. @_@
b) Blue actually... https://www.reference.com/science/hardest-color-see-d53b847eb1eeff5e
