01. Lotto tickets are 3 cards each. That means you can pay either 3 regular cards, or 1 special and 1 regular card.
02. 100 lotto tickets are given out each week.
03. You can purchase up to 5 tickets.
04. The lotto starts on Sunday. It ends when the next lotto post is posted on the following Sunday, or when all 100 tickets are sold.
05. In the lotto you have a chance to get event cards, certs, or nothing.
06. Prizes are decided before tickets are handed out in an unedited screened comment including a proof caption link from the randomizer. At the end of the lotto the comment will be unscreened so everyone can see it.
07. Once a ticket number is chosen no one else can pick that ticket number.
