Masteries is pretty straightforward -- it has its own custom randomizer, so it's just a matter of making sure everything's in their post that should be, filling in the blanks, and clicking go. If anything seems to be missing or otherwise suspicious with their cards, I just ctrl-F the trade logs and that usually answers it; if there are any claimed with pending cards (which shouldn't happen often), and they don't link the pending claim, ask for the link before filling it. Neon handles all the keeping track of things for first masteries and whatnot, so you don't have to worry about those! (And my inbox should be okay, I can turn off the email notifications for that post so I'm not being flooded. XD)

I threw that at Neon via AIM, since I was talking to her anyway, and she said she'd be fine with it if you'd like to take banner_contest permanently -- especially since you're a maintainer there, so it'd be easier on confirmations! XD
