not really no. it doesn't help it's really warm in san jose right now. my lungs still hurt though.

Mucinex makes my nose run like a water fountain..... yet it makes my lungs feel like they dont have gunk sitting in them. However, im not sure what's worse...... going through half a box of kleenex a day while feeling aweful or feeling aweful and having stuff stuck in my chest.....

Would think clearing it out would help in the long run wouldn't it? Use really soft tissues so you don't look like Rudolph (or that's always my analogy when I get sick). Any sort of vapor stuff help clear the sinuses maybe?

You think it would, but it hasn't so far. ><;; Ive been using pseudaphed and been living in the shower to try to clean out my sinuses..... As for tissues, currently using the puffs with lotion... yet my nose apparently still wants to peel.

Shower soother or vapor rub usually helps with my sinuses. There are only a few of those I'm allowed atm since mucinex and sudafed are both out anyways. That and lots of steam. Extra lotion aside from tissues? Hopefully it'll kick in and start helping sooner rather than later. Doesn't sound like much fun.

Vapor rub.... I don't think I even own any of that. >< I've tried extra lotion, but it really makes my nose just oily, but still cracked for some reason. *shrug*
