Jonathan Coulton was awesome!
Went to see Jonathan Coulton at the Cabaret Juste pour Rire on Thursday night. Br and I had bought tickets before our daughters were born, not really thinking it through. Luckily we have awesome SOs...J spent the evening hanging out with Fr...while Anna and Gabrielle got better acquainted.
The show was pretty awesome. It was an intimate venue and the opening band Paul and Storm were just as entertaining as JoCo.
I managed to snag a CD/DVD combo of Jonathan's San Francisco concert...I watched it this morning (couldn't sleep, migraine, so I called in sick) and it's somewhat similar to the set we saw so it will keep the memory fresh.
I'm kicking myself because apparently he had no objections to cameras and I failed to bring mine :(
