I've been so busy lately. Being a full-time student, full-time real estate agent is no easy ordeal. Good news is I'm finally settled into my new house. I still need to buy a sofa and a nightstand, but at least my kitchen has everything so I can finally cook now. I've been cooking like crazy for the past week. I just bought a
trifle bowl from
Crate and Barrel and I looove using it. I love cooking with pesto and I've grown very fond of turkey meatloaf. =]
I've been meaning to post pictures of the new house but stuff seems to keep changing around in the rooms. I'll post up pictures after everything's complete, but here's a before and after picture of the dining room at least:
As a note, the owners before us did not know how to take care of a home, nor did they have any sense of interior design. They boarded 12 people in their house. TWELVE! And it's not like the owners even needed the money. Even worse, they totally neglected the house.
The only thing that really stands original in the new house are the walls, some doors, and double insulated windows. We had to come in and practically ambush the whole house.
I tried my best but I'm no photographer. =]
