July Potluck this Saturday, July 19th

It's time for our July Potluck this Saturday, July 19th!
Bring a dish of you choice -- something you really like, something you're really good at, something that you can and will eat -- enough for you and some to share. We're going to get together at Serendipity's Rental House and host an Energy Working 101 Class. We will cover Grounding, Centering, Shielding, and Identifying Your Energy Connections.
Do you tend to vibrate when surrounded with too many people or too many things happening around you?
Are you scattered because of too much stress?
Do you have trouble separating your own experiences from the expectations of others?
Come on out and share your techniques in the places where you excel in energy manipulation, and get input from others in places you find challenging.
This will be a practical class in addition to a discussion.
Food prep will start around 6pm, with conversation to start around 7pm, as usual.
After the potluck discussion is over, feel free to bring a game or story to share with others, to go with the coffee and comraderie Serendipity Household will be providing!
