White Christmas
So I live in Seattle, washington. well not really. in a town near it. and for once we are having a white christmas. well its not christmas yet, but its next week. usually IF it DOES snow, we dont get it until, jan-feb. But like since a week ago, we got a lot of snow... (well more so my house/area, then everyone else). cuz we live on one of the highest hills around, and everywhere else got like lil bit, but can drive around. our neighborhoods had ice everywhere, so hardly anyone could leave. well it snowed hella one night and our streets still had ice/fresh snow everywhere.. which this picture was taken 12/16/08, after couple days, but we still had hella snow, where everywhere else was clear.
then yesterday it rained most of the day, so all the snow/ice melted. but since it was so cold, that rain turned to ice. .. but then last night from around midnight to 12:30am. it snowed HELLA and gave us a blanket of fresh snow... which sux cuz the snow is now covering a sheet of ice on our roads. so yes, we are again basically stuck at home...my hubby last night took pix of the new snow
its pretty and all, i just pray that for christmas its not too bad, so we can at least make it to my families house. as long as we see my family, could care less bout the hubbys. the sister-in-law. not looking forward to see her. but anyways.. looking outside, its still snowing a little. well ok. just wanted to share our once in a lifetime white christmas, in seattle, washington.. haha
