Who: Mercedes Jones and Lauren Zizes
Where: At their respective homes.
When: Tuesday night, after Mercedes' date with Kurt.
Why: Mercedes wants to call and tell Lauren about her date.

Mercedes was ecstatic about the fact that she had discovered Lauren was in 1956 as well. There were multiple reasons for this, but one of the reasons (at least at the moment) was the fact that she had someone to call after her date with Kurt. Someone to tell all about the date, whether or not she wanted to hear about it. She had rushed into her house immediately after her date, and attempted to go straight to her bedroom, where she had discovered a phone existed. At least her fifties parents had realized a teenager probably would appreciate some privacy while on the phone. But her mother had seen her come into the house, and insisted on asking her about her evening. As soon as her mother was satisfied enough to cease fire with the questioning, Mercedes made her way to her room.
After locating the bit of paper Mercedes had jotted down Lauren's number on, she flopped down on her bed and reached for the phone on the nightstand. She dialed Lauren's number, and waited patiently for someone to pick up on the other end. She wasn't sure if 8:30 pm was considered too late to be calling someone in the fifties, but at the moment, she didn't particularly care. And when did she get home at 8:30 on a date night, anyway?
