NOTE TO FINN ON HIS DOOR
Rachel didn't want to tell him over the phone or even in person. She had spent the holidays working up a way to tell Finn that he wouldn't be singing with her during Sectionals. It was bad enough that he didn't know what he was going to be doing with his life after not getting his football scholarship and now this. She felt terrible, so she thought about writing him a letter instead. When she finished writing it out at home she drove over to Finn's and simply taped it to his front door.

Happy Thanksgiving, I hope that you are having a great holiday, I have cookies and pie here at the house if you want to stop by later. Anyways, ummm since you missed GLEE Practice on Monday, I thought maybe you should know that our set list was picked. Mercedes got the solo with her song that she wrote, which clearly that spot should have gone to me, but I'm still happy for her, our group number is Rock Around the Clock, and then ummmmm I really hate to tell you this but me and you will not be singing our duet, Mr. Pillsbury picked Jeff and I to sing that song I wrote for us. I am not happy about it at all, but I just thought that you would want to know. I wish it were me and you at Sectionals. I love and miss you.
