There wasn't much going on for the club. There were still a few auditions that needed to be done and an announcement that needed to be made. Before the club, Mr. Schuester told the club, "Gang, today is the last day for auditions. I can't wait to see you guys perform. After today, I will have an announcement for Tuesday and Wednesday that's just the bee's knees. You're all going to love it."
He then took to his seat and waited for the remaining performances. He knew other kids would be talking or doing their own thing and that was fine with him. He just wanted to hear the auditions songs from the rest of the group.
