No weigh in today. Though both J and Pony Island have told me to stop weighing myself daily... I just don't know. It kind of goes along with my daily picture deal. They do make a good point though, I can't weigh myself consistently it seems. Half the week I'm a day lighter and half the week I'm a night owl. So with my sleep schedule all messed up until I get a different job... well I might just be out of luck on the consistency thing.
Also, I do realize that you can't make up a work out, just like you can't really make up for missed sleep. Still it makes me feel better. I tried the P90 fat burning disc. Hadn't watched that one yet and I do have to saw yowza! I don't think I've sweated this much in a long time. J took a nice long walk with the dogs and now they're all nice a tired, love it!
Diet starts officially on Wednesday with gusto. We're going food shopping and the only food we're allowed to get is stuff on the diet. Two weeks of hell is what J calls it. I've worked out that she'll do OK if I keep some fresh fruit in the house. Nothing 'too bad', just an apple every other day will keep me happy and won't be too much temptation for her. Other than that we're going to 20 carbs a day for two weeks and then increasing from there to 30 carbs/day for two weeks. I said that didn't seem like it was a whole lot better and she showed me the dietary differences that allow for the extra 10 carbs/day and you know what, it is a huge difference, so many more great food you can have!
I'll be posting the recipes, carb count and calorie count along with my daily journal starting Wednesday.
