Yay for Rain and cool panchos!!!
Nothing too exciting has been happening here in Iowa. Yesterday it rained in the afternoon so we didn't have to do a couple shows...that was cool except we got in trouble for not doing our stupid church show. That was pretty dumb though because even though we play under an awning, we still have to walk through the rain to get there and we would ruin our costumes that way. Oh well. We got to hang out with the costume characters anyway. They are pretty cool. I think they're coming over to our house tomorrow after work for a party or something. Who knows. Today it rained again so we didn't have to do our first show. Then we got to wear some really cool (just kidding!) panchos while we did our church show in the middle of a downpour for no one because they were all hiding. Last night Brett, Brooke and I (and Noah for a little while) watched The Panic Room and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The Panic Room was pretty good but TCM was pretty dumb and gorey so I fell asleep. Imagine that, I slept through a movie. Tonight might end up to be another movie night for Brett, Brooke and me because Ben and Noah are going to Coconut Joe's (some club in Des Moines with a bunch of skanky girls). It might turn into a game night too, we really haven't decided yet. Should be a good time anyway.
