HOW YOU GOT THERE:

My cooking teacher was a P.E.O. ... do I need to explain further?
( 2 ) Why did you choose to go to Cottey?
Because everyone said I wouldn't last 1,500 miles from home, and it was one of the few colleges with suites instead of cubicles.

No, I don't think my P.E.O.s like me very much. ;-)

Frosh-Yellowstone Senior-Cal-Remy

Single room both times.
Frosh-Dana/Summer/Kimi/Megan/Bonnie/Sinem/Hattie/D...and I'll be damned if I can remember her name.
Senior-Hattie/Alex(for a while)/Ashley(for a while)/Scyntha/Katie/Emily.
( 6 ) What did your room look like?
A doctor's office until I put up some bloody posters and passdowns.
( 7 ) Was your suite close?
Uh...sometimes. But things happen when that much estrogen is all bleeding at the same time. For the most part I enjoyed stirring the pot.

They did....I didn't so much. ;-) (I'm a closet hermit.)

Hattie and Robin...no secret there. I also met a bunch of great girls and some....aquaintances.

play cards, watch movies, take silly pics(with katies help), go to Sonic

Yes. I may not respond as often as I like...but I'm listening with at least one ear.

too many...hanging with my seniors, Emanon, making friends from such different places

you mean the ones that paid missouri minimum wage? sure I was a librarian and newspaper editor

I thought it was 50. I gained and lost weight at Cottey it was unnegotiable.

No. But some little ghostly fuck thought it was fun to raise my heat to 5 in the middle of the night.

Thanksgiving sucked...but other than that I didn't feel it...I was busy.

Getting to stay home and sleep in while everyone else lived on alcohol and itinerarys.

Baked potato soup, Mexican food night, snickerdoodles, and the cookies with every-fuckin-thing in them (I think I'm getting alsheimers)

I really liked going to traditions that our seniors put on.

Melinda, Emery and Bunton were awesome...Rouintree could make me laugh too.

No, but my spanish professor thought I did.

No...I had to work before class...you pajama whores.
LIVING IN NEVADA, MISSOURI:

The beginning of second semester was wonderful.

The fact that everyone at least heard of everyone and PEO crosswalk.

No, but when I see them I think of Cottey.

Yes.

It brought out my true personality a lot more.

Why couldn't it be 4 fuckin' years.

I will encourage others' future daughters to go...the only girls I'll have are puppies. (and boys to for that matter)

Maturity, open-mindedness, emotional growth, life-long friendships, motivation to succeed
( 57 ) Do you miss it?
I miss it when I feel lonely..because Cottey always had someone there.

Yes, and I would do it all over again.
