Cycle 3 and Nodame Fics
A good angst filled idea has filled my mind for the third chapter of Cycle. It makes me happy because it is a good idea that has a lot of meaning and works well for the story. Though the ideas that I discussed with my beta aren't going to be put into use like we had originally discussed, but I think that it ends up being better this way.
I really want to write the way that I feel. But I realize that this is very difficult for even the best of writers and I am no where close to being where I would like to be. Which means that it is going to take lots of effort and continuous writing on my part to even remotely get near to where I would like to be.
I recently re-read the first two chapters of Cycle and found them... not as well written as I thought they were when I had finished writing them. Which is fine because it means that I am growing but I still have to work at WRITING itself... too bad I never took up a creative writing class... I think that it would have been fun. So I promise to work on the fics tonight and see if I can get anywhere.
Nodame is BEGGING to be written. I really need to get out the ideas. I even had a couple ideas for an AU where the roles are switched between the two characters. And Nodame is the object of Chiaki's affections all the while Nodame is desperately trying to get away from her admirer only to fall in love with him in the end... something along those lines. Haha how is that for a spoiler for the story, huh?
What I think that I might do... is keep thing journal for a place to put my ideas. And people can comment on them if they ever visit the site.
P.S. I got the icon from a Chiaki/Nodame Lj but forgot who made it, just saying I didn't make it!
