So thanks to MIKE-SOON-TO-DIE HARVEY, Rho and I never made it home. We're stuck in the Sheraton Premiere in Tysons Corner if anybody wonders if we're alive or dead. Room 214, if you find yourself stuck in the area. What happens to the car we had to abandon by the toll booth is anybody's exciting guess at this point

He's Rho's boss. Not my boss, mind you, Rho's boss. She asked him if she could head out early to avoid the snow, he said no. Mind you, he owes her literally hundreds of hours of comp time. And for the extra hour or two he squeezed out of her, therefore me as well, he will lose untold future hours of productivity, because at the first hint of a snowflake, we will skive off.

Pardon my nasty seriousness, but, if he actually owes them to her, in a literal sense, should she not be thinking "Legal action!" at this point....?

Alas, not in Virginia, the Right to Work state. I love that phrase, 'right to work.' What it really means is, your employer has the right to fire you at will, on no pretext whatsoever.
