What a great weekend, Friday night Brian and I went out for an early dinner and then came home and watched Date Night, which was really funny!
Saturday we woke up and lounged around for awhile, I began looking for houses to rent since we want to get our own space assap, (we love our townhouse but our neighbors are horrible), and then we went to what was supposed to be Brian's parents surprise 60th birthday party (they BOTH turned 60 this month), but I guess the joke was on us because it was actually a suprise engagement party for us! Haha, it was so much fun and his family is wonderful. We got some really nice gifts, had a TON of really good food, but most importantly just got to spend the evening with all of them. They are so awesome, I can't believe we fell for us, it took us about 2 hours to recover once we realized it was for us!
Anyway then we came home and relaxed most of yesterday, watched "Letters to juliet" which i LOVED, then Brian watched the pats while I got some work done and then we went out to Longhorn for an EXCELLENT dinner! Now it's back to the week and I have a new plan for losing weight.
1) I already planned all our healthy dinners for the week, that way we don't get tempted to go out but we already know what our choices are each nightl.
2) going to the gym EVERY DAY after work, I get out at 4:30 so it's the perfect time to get to the gym for an hour before everyone else comes after work.
3) Going to bed early so I get plenty of sleep and don't use that as an excuse not to go to gym
4) Drink WATER, my goal is to drink all water this week except for 1 small cup of juice for breakfast each morning.
Sound good? Hope it works, because i AM desperate to lose some weight, my goal is 100 pounds in about 7-8 months,k I can do it it's just going to take a LOT of discipline!
