Random musings

Life is stale. I stumble to school every morning, barely awake enough to process the information that is so generously given to me. And then, after hours of living in a zombie-like state I trot off to work for a few hours of mindless jabbering and staring. I long for something more. I am watching the choir from Cornell University and it reminds me that what I really want to do, what I’ve always wanted to do, is make music. What I have learned during this trip is that art really is life. Any expression of the inner self is absolutely necessary to live a dynamic existence. Also I’ve realized something I already knew but never took to heart: to get life moving it is absolutely essential to get out and get moving.
