What's an extra year?
I'm not prepared to start my major. I may need an extra year. I really only need a semester, but Early Childhood Education only enters aplicants in the fall. There's so much I need to do before I start, I still need to complete some classes, I need to take this test, I need to talk with my advisor. I've tried going over there a couple times and it seems that when I go there, they run away. This morning they're in meetings, until one, I have a class at two. If they had spring admittance into the program, I'd be set, but I don't want to sit around for a year wasting my time and my scholarship. I may have to change my major to elementary education, but then I can't teach preschool. I can teach kindergarden through 6th grade. That school has admitance in spring.I could teach kindergarden, but I don't want to teach the older kids. I want to teach the younger ones, 3-5 year olds. I suppose things will work out. I just wish I were better prepared. Last year I was an english major, but I'm more excited, and better suited for preschool.
