Holiday!
What can I say about Germany? I loved it.
The city of Hamburg is so clean & very modern. The people so friendly too, everyone that we spoke to had perfect English which made us both ashamed as neither of us can speak any German, or any other language come to think of it!
It was very cold but only rained once & even that was not much.
Paul has already covered in detail the best bits of our holiday so I won't bore anyone one with anything else except perhaps to mention the bizarre sight of about 30 swans being towed out on to the lake in a barge. Strange!
I would like to say a huge thanks to Paul for such a wonderful time. I loved every minute!
