Chapter 38- Sweden
~Isaac~
Well the week has flown by pretty quick and we have been busy touring, today we landed in Sweden, we are doing shows here for a week, and then heading to Ireland. We checked into the hotel, Taylor has been counting down the days til Ezra comes back, Tay and Trish have decided on a Christmas wedding,Zac and Kiley are planning for the new baby that we will be home in Tulsa before it is born, and our bundles of joy will be here around Thanksgiving, we will be home and preparing for this event!
We all decided to move back to Tulsa, Tay bought a house there for him, Trish and Ezra, Zac had a house built on Mom and Dad's property, and I had a house built on a lot a few month ago, now it just needs our touches to be homey! Mom has been busy fixing each house up to prepare for all our home comings..and she is very happy that all her grandchildren are going to be there in Tulsa, and I am glad that we are going to be raising the kids there.
Today we have a Dr's apt with a Dr that Trish set up for us so we can find out the sex's of the babies, so I didn't get much sleep because I am so excited about finding out! Now I have to get her moving, so that we have time to find this place!
"Are you ready sweetie, I have to make sure to give us enough time to find this place! I have no idea where we are heading." I told her.
"Yeah baby, but I really need your help with something." She said almost sounding like she was out of breath meaning one thing....She couldn't get her sneakers tied again! Poor thing is so big she can't even bend over far enough to put her shoe's on..she has a method of doing this now..it makes me kinda giggle watching her, but I know she don't find it to funny!
"Sit up baby, let me get that for you." I said to her sitting her up.
"God Isaac, I get down there and feel like I am going to fall over, I can't get back up." She said.
"I know sweetie, it will all be over soon, and you can bend down again." I said to her smiling.
"I feel like a beached whale Isaac!" She said starting to cry..something I was getting used to this past couple weeks, she is an emotional roller coaster.
"Oh baby, you are carrying 2 babies hunny, it is going to make you bigger." I told her, wondering what she would have looked like if Sarah was still in there.
I tied her shoes, and then reached up and took her lips to mine, kissing her with so much love, all the love I was feeling for her, she was going to give birth to my children but at the same time we both realize we still have to bury Sarah when we get back to Tulsa, We had her ashes forwarded to mom so she could hold onto them
"I love you sweetie." I told her giving her my hand to help her up.
"I love you too Isaac, I will just be glad to be able to see my feet again." She said to me hugging me.
I grabbed the keys off the counter, took her hand and we headed out. I could tell that she was uncomfortable, and I wish I could make things better for her, but soon she will feel better.
We got to the hospital pretty quick, Trish gave some good directions, made it in plenty of time for the appt, I parked the car and went over to Jade's side and opened her door and helped her out. We got all signed in and then the nurse took us into a little room with machines, the nurse handed her a gown. "Go ahead and put this on and Dr. Smith will be in with you shortly hun." She said smiling.
Soon I heard the door open, and in came the Dr. "You must be Isaac and Jade, Trish has told me alot about you." He said reaching his hand out to each of us. "So how are you feeling?" He asked her.
"Not to bad, will be glad when this is over so I can go to the bathroom, it isn't so easy holding it when they are sitting on my bladder." She said giggling, making me remember she has not been able to go to the bathroom all morning.
"I understand and will hurry this for you." He told her. "Why don't you lay back and relax, this is going to be cold." He told her as he squeezed gel onto her tummy, I saw her jump a little. I took her hand as we watched him slowly move the wand around her stomach til I could see the outline of the babies, all the toes, fingers, we there, we grinned at each other, we kept watching them turn around in there, and I could see her belly move, it was amazing.
"Well I can definatly tell you the sex of these babies." He said pointing to the screen.
"Are those..." I moved closer and yup.."They are boys." I said smiling.
"Yes they are Isaac, you have to son's Jade." He told her as I could see a tear fall down her cheek, realizing what she is feeling right now, that Sarah was our only girl.I took her hand in mine and kissed it.
"There is more, I must tell you that you are not going to carry these babies to much longer." He told us as we looked at each other and then back up at him.
"How long are you talking?" She asked him.
"Jade, you are going to have these babies at the most 2 weeks, but I won't even give it that." He told us.
"I am not due til Thanksgiving." She told him.
"Well these little fellows are possitioned and ready for birth, do you know where you are going to be yet Isaac?" He asked me.
"Yeah, we are going to be in Ireland." I told him.
"Ok I will give Trish a call and dicuss this with her, you are in good hands with her." He said to us smiling.
Jade got dressed and sat there for a second as I tied her shoes, just in shock that everything we planned is gonna change.
"Well so much for having them in Tulsa huh?" She said looking at me.
"Yeah, they don't wanna wait I guess." I told her grinning.
We headed back to the hotel...both of us pretty quiet, thinking that soon our little ones were going to be here. "I think we need to get ahold of mom and dad and tell them so that they can do the nursery when they have a break from doing Zac's place." She said to me.
"Yeah, I will call when we get back to the hotel, this is unreal, I really thought we were going to have more time to prepare." I said in shock.
"I know but hey, We will get to hold them in a couple weeks, and love them..now we have to think of boys names!" She said to me smiling. "We need to get something to eat when we get back, I am really starving." She said.
"Yup gotta feed you and the little guys." I said grinning, rubbing her tummy...just to have my hand kicked off! My son's are letting me know it is nap time.
We got back to the hotel, and headed to our room where everyone is waiting for us, I opened the door to see Zac and Taylor playing video games and Trish and Kiley watched them.
"Hey guys, who is winning or do I have to ask." I asked them.
"Actually believe or not..Taylor is!" Zac said laughing.
"Wow what is wrong with you today Zac, you are the game genious!" I said laughing.
"So how did things go for you?" Kiley asked.
"Well, We are having 2 boys." I said puffing out my chest.
"Wow, dude that is great!" Tay said smiling, "There is nothing better then holding your son." He said, looking at his cell phone.
"He will be back soon bro." I told him.
"There is more we need to tell you." Jade told them smiling.
"Like what?" Zac asked.
"Well, we found out that the babies will be here in a couple weeks at the most." I told them, as each one of them looked at us in shock.
"What the hell happend to Thanksgiving?" Taylor asked.
"Well these guys are already possitioned and ready to be born." She told them.
"Wow, man you better call mom and have her do the nursery before we get back to Tulsa." Zac said to me.
"Going to do that after we get something to eat, anyone here hungry?" Knowing Zac will not pass up food. We decided to order from the resteraunt down stairs, soon we ate, laughed, played a few games, and relaxed before the concert tonight, I took Jade's hand and kissed it, I was so excited that in 2 weeks I will be holding my son's!
