I may have fucked up my car. Got a really annoying shimmy in the steering wheel when driving fast. May be due to me hitting a huge fucking pothole on the way back from a Whitworth rehearsal which either means a. I need my wheels balancing, or b. I've bent the fucking alloy. How very annoying.
Other happier news involves me feeling a bit better past couple of days; scary paranoia down quite a bit and generally feeling OK about most aspects of my life.
Watched both seasons of Life on Mars - fucking superb is all that needs to be said.

RIP Heath Ledger, I'm sure you will be a fine Joker and it's a crying shame someone talented has passed over when crackwhores like Amy fucking Winehouse are still thieving oxygen from people who actually deserve it. Fate is a cruel mistress.
