First, allow me to begin by saying I think that all skunks should be banned from the face of the earth. I'm all for animal control or the F.B.I. to just take 'em all out. Damn stink bombs.
So yesterday wasn't too shabby. I didn't really want to get up, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Study Hall: Ellie gave me this book to look at...so..I did. It's some Daria book.. I used to love that show. I wonder what ever happened to Daria and Lawndale High.
French: Class was really boring. I forgot my purse at home, otherwise I probably would have taken about 968 more pictures.
English: I firmly believe I'm dropping Honors English. I like my class, and Mrs. Khoury isn't too bad either, but I'm not doing so hot..and I don't think I can bring my grade up to a B by the time report cards come out. I have a C now..a low C. :/ I've never done that badly in any english class ever.
Gym: We played volleyball. My team stinks. Everyone kept complaining about how sore they were from the 12 minute run, but I don't know..it didn't really bother me too much.
Algebra 2: Blahhh. Went over 2-5 and did our homework.
Lunch: I went and bought a ticket for the game and signed up in the guidance office for an appointment with Mrs. Allison to discuss my English class situation. And then I did what just about everybody else does at lunch...I ate lunch. Quite a brain buster, I know.
Chemistry: I really love chemistry. I think it's neat and hip to the latest trend. I don't really remember what we did..but I remember not being bored.
Government: For the first 15 minutes of class we had to go around and talk to the other "states" for our convention whosamadoozer. I quit because my partner wasn't there and I didn't understand the whole point of the game. So I made Ellie do some of my transactions for me because she gets it and I sat in my seat wanting the bell to ring so I could go home. The point is to vote in a way such that you have the greatest amount of points at the end. Well, after 2 out of 6 rounds of voting..I have a -5. Hahaha, oooh I'm going to need a marvelous comeback on Monday.
After school Mindy asked me to go tanning with her..so we went out to the barn and I took some pictures of the kittens while she tanned. I came back home and did nothing.
Around 6:30 Katie and I went to Buhlers and I got an energy drink. :o) We went to the game and I recruited Rachel to help me put the bear costume on since I couldn't find Laura. I was late, but I don't think anyone cared. People just didn't like the bear. Some kid called the bear a faggot so I walked off the field and went behind him and rubbed his face and patted him on the head..then he turned around so I hugged him and he elbowed me in the ribs. It kinda hurt. Rochelle tackled me to the ground. I was mobbed by little kids who tried to steal my tail. I was the bear for less than half of the game because it's hard to be a cheering mascot when you're down like..21-0. :/ Jeff Dobbins wanted to put the costume on, so I got mobbed by kids some more and changed. I took him the costume and helped him get the costume on. It was so funny..he ran away from all the little kids. I'm tellin' ya, those kids are nuts. I made some really little girl cry..she was so afraid of the bear. It was depressing.
Anywho, we ended up losing the game 31-6. Green's tough.. color blind, but tough. (They're colors are orange and white or something like that. Baffles me too) After the game, Katie and I were walking back to her sisters house because that's where we parked. Her street is pretty narrow, and we were probably 3 driveways down from Becky's when Katie stopped dead in her tracks. She grabbed my arm and I had no idea what was going on. I looked over and in the road not even 10 feet away from us is a skunk. We huddled close to each other not knowing what to do. I wanted to run, but I remember someone telling me not to make any sudden movement. I was going to throw a rock at it, but then thought it might spray the air, and that would just be very unpleasent. So, this car turns down the street and flashes it's lights at the skunk to try and get us to see it or scare it back into this hole. We just stood there..we were so scared. The guy driving the car leans out his window and goes RUNNNNNNN! So Kaite and I bolted faster than lightning. agkja;kgj I ran past Becky's because I was in such a panic I didn't know what I was doing. We jumped in the car and took off faster than..than something really fast would take off.
We went to my house and then Mindy called so we went over there. We eventually went over to Jenny's house and stayed there for almost an hour. We didn't do anything..just sat in Jenny's kitchen. I got the impression Ray doesn't want to go to the Taking Back Sunday concert anymore. :/ Tut tut tut. Mindy, Katie and I left around 10:45 and went back to Mindy's until 11:30 or so. I put my pictures up and went to bed around 1.
I'm coming down with something. I have a no fun cough and a stuffed up nose. Rraaa. Ashley Wood, my HUDDLE partner, and I are supposed to get together at some point today to work on our lesson plan and our posters and HUDDLE box..thing. But, I think I have to work today too. So when she calls me I see if we can get together during the evening.
My parents were supposed to be leaving tomorrow for Florida, but since theres the slight hurricane problem, they're not going until Monday or Tuesday. It's for work, so they'll only be gone 4 or 5 days. Oma's going to be staying with us though because it's not like we don't see her all day every day anyways. Oh well, at least we get good food all week.
I had a dream a skunk got in my house and we couldn't find it..then I was scared that it was in the foot of my bed so I curled into a little ball and slept.
I still need new icons.
Ohh yeah..I need a couple more girls and some guys that want to be part of my science fair experiment. I have to see if it's an okay project, but I'm sure it won't be a big deal. I want to see what kind of energy drink works the best. You just have to get a different kind of energy drink on Mondays and see which one gives you the most energy throughout the day and stuff like that. Nothing big. But let me know if you'd be interested in helping a sister out.
