It has been a while.....
It has been quite a while since I have updated my LJ.... I think a while is an understatement.
So what has been going on... I am now working at Manulife Financial in downtown Toronto as a Bank Reconciliation Analyst. I commute everyday from Waterloo by Greyhound which is..... not fun at times it is about 1.5 - 2.25h each way depending on traffic.
I enjoy the job somewhat but in someways I don't but what can you do I am just hoping it will give me a foot in the door to Manulife after university.
So since I have been getting up at 5:15am every morning to go to work I have not been doing much else other than sleeping and going out on the weekends. Usually me Kev and Steph hang out and watch TV during the week and a bunch of us go to Phils on the weekend. (By the way for thoes of you that I have not mentioned Phils to - it is a bar with $1.75 drink and they play punk/alternative every friday and sat night which is awsome!).
I do miss being back home in t-bay in the summer. I hate being in this hot smog infested city everyday I miss being able to go swim in a river/lake. I miss hanging out and seeing everyone...
ahh well.. I do like it in waterloo don;t get me wrong but every now and again I miss being back home.
