Would anyone know of endo/doctor who would prescribe T with informed consent by the Green Bay Wisc.
Area? I just got my papers for name change (which I'll be changing my name legally once I get a job. I'm having a tough time trying to find someone who would even prescribe hormones in Green Bay and would really like info about Endo's/doctors who are not bias about helping a person who is trans. to start hormones.
