Why is it that the things I want to do aren’t what I am supposed to do? And why is it that the things I’m supposed to do are the things I don’t want to do? Our whole lives we hear that we’re supposed to be good, go to college, find a good job, get married, have kids, and eventually retire, but how fuckin’ pathetic is that? And is that really how we want our lives to play out, all cookie-cutter? That’s just not interesting enough for me. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life wondering what could have been if only I just followed my heart all those times...
