I hate Sears (and the clothing industry in general) just now. I found a comfy pair of shorts there just before we went on vacation. Not having an immediate need for more than one pair and not realizing exactly how comfy they are, I only bought one pair. Upon returning from vacation, having decided that these are the most comfy shorts I've ever worn, I went to Sears.com and tried ordering more pairs. I succeeded in placing the order, and even got email saying that they'd been shipped. However, eleven days later, no shorts. So I called Sears.com. The nice guy on the other end of the phone checks things out for me, and indeed, UPS never got the box containing my shorts, and there are none left in inventory. That's right. Once again, I find comfy clothing, and it disappears off the market. This time with bonus selling me something they didn't actually have. Fuck. At least I'll get a refund, but I'd really much rather have comfy shorts.
