Today I sold 2 batches of mini lemon sorbet shortbreads, and made a whopping 6 pounds.

Mwahahaa! It has begun!

Tomorrow I have a day off, so I shall be baking even more! Then I shall see if they sell on Wednesday. If that succeeds, then my next step shall be to leave a few batches at that shop as I am scheduled to work at another location on friday. Then I'll bring some there and see if they work at the other location.

And if that works out, my baking empire shall rise! Rise like a batch of muffins with TWO tablespoons of baking powder! TWO!!!!

Additional plans now include Japanese cherry garden tart. With a green tea and cherry oil mousse topped with a thin layer of cherry jam, and a branch-y looking chocolate design and fresh cherries.

Mmmm....
