So I was at work, about to go through a door, and Jason was at work, also about to go through a door. The same door. The door opens toward me. In short, my left big toe looks pretty fucking ugly right now =P

I had my right toenail mysteriously fall off last summer, but the toenail did grow back eventually. Hopefully, your toenail will grow back after a few months.
