Topher turned on his tablet, set it to visual, and grinned for a moment before beginning.
"Hey! So, all of you that know me - or, if you don't and would like to -" here he grinned again, "I now have an apartment! It's in Central."
He reaches behind him to grab a pencil and a pad of paper, scribbles down the address, and holds it up to the camera so they can see. Putting the paper back down, he picks up the tablet and swings it around to show a view of part of his new place.
"It's clean now... but no guarantees it will be when you get here. I tend to have... piles of stuff. Mostly computer stuff. But that's all... so I now return you to your regularly scheduled programming!" And with a grin and a chuckle, he turns it off.
