[ When the video comes on Helen's in her medical lab, clearing away some equipment. For those that may have seen her over the past week she's certainly looking like the Helen Magnus that you're more familiar with - confident and certain, and she feels good to be back ]Glitches certainly have a different meaning to them after you've experienced one ( Read more... )

It's much later, but Party's been going through back logs and back logs just because that's the type of paranoid person he is. In between cringing and getting angry with the tablet once he sees glitched Kobra Kid or him, he finally comes across Helen and responds.

"Late to the party, tumbleweed, but forget anything Kobra Kid told you. That wasn't him. He have you a fake name, too." A blatant lie but their names were like buried treasure. No one was getting them.

"Considering none of us that were affected were who we are I'd hardly hold him to anything that he said." Everything that she'd said, barring her name being Helen, had been entirely false in itself. An artist living in a small community? A nervous woman? None of it had an ounce of truth to it.

Hesitation.

Party takes a split second to answer fully, but when he does it's after he licks his lips and presses them together, eyes darting around the tablet like it holds some kind of secret.

".....Yeah. I just get riled up when I start spouting falsities. Not shiny, y'know?"

"I fully understand." She was hardly impressed nor pleased by what had happened. "I doubt that there is anyone whom experience it," Or any other glitch, for that matter, "the feels well about it."

"I don't like my grapefruit tampered with." Party taps his forehead. "I don't think anyone here does..." and, after a frustrated pause that sounds a lot more like a feral child (though he is, in a way), he continues.

"Gonna burn this city down when we escape."

'When' certainly would be the operative word to that; although she didn't approve of the methods she understood the motivations behind them. "Then I would hope for that to be soon before anything else can be added to it."
