[Gwen is...absolutely mortified, and pissed off. So much so, that she doesn't even really want to show her face, so she switches the tablet to voice mode. She isn't sure who this lady is, but she's just looking for an excuse to rant about it]

Not comfortable with the mass violation, that's for damn sure. I mean, that...I--that was mass violation.

Yours does sound rather more severe. Perhaps asking others once the glitch has entirely finished may provide more of a view on it.
