[ it's nice to see someone dancing around and having such a good time like this, but willow can't help wondering if quinn's like her: doing things like this to try to block out everything else. she debates for a few minutes and then finally just goes for it. ]

You look like you're having fun.

[ quinn falls to the bed without jumping back up, she hadn't expected to hear a voice. she pushes her hair of her eyes and stares at the tablet. crap! ]

Hey Willow. Um, yeah. [ she laughs slightly. ] I am actually. But now I'm kind of embarrassed.

[ willow looks a little embarrassed herself. ]

I-I didn't mean to interrupt. It's been a long time since I did anything like that.

[ quinn glances over at the plate of cookies and pitcher of lemonade. she grins and looks back at the screen. ]

No time like the present. You can come over and partake in the fun.

Oh... I, uh, don't want to interrupt.

[ but that could be fun... she hesitates. ]

[ quinn grins, and grabs the towel and dries her hair. ]

You wouldn't be! Not one bit.

[ quinn has really missed this, girl time. worrying about absolutely nothing asides from the amount of fun you were going to have. it had been way to long and the realization makes quinn feel old. ]

I can more more cookies. I've actually gotten pretty good at baking.

Oh... [ a slow smile spreads across her face. ]

Okay.. Um... if you really don't mind, then I'll come right over. We can make a girl's night of it. O-okay?

I really don't! I'll go throw some real cloths on, and put on another batch of cookies.

[ she smiles a little wider. quinn can't remember the last time she's had a girl's night, and now would be perfect. ]

I can't remember the last time I had one of those - this is going to be great!

[ she just has to make sure the cat's fed, but she'll be down as soon as she can be, quinn, knocking on the door once she's there. ]
