Melaka Fray couldn't find anything more comfortable than her hammock right now. Strung up in the corner of her room in the Watcher's library. Was a little piece of heaven. If she didn't toss and turn. Which she was doing at the moment. Her eyes shut, she turned a little too far and tumbled out of her bed, hitting the floor with a thump. "Damn," she muttered when the shock of hitting the floor woke her. Sitting up, she scratched at her scalp vigorously, tossing the black and pink locks wildly. Looking down at herself, she found the pink in her hair a little lower than she'd liked. Scrunching up her nose, Mel climbed to her feet, making sure her tablet was attached to her wrist. She leapt towards the hole in the roof, then down the side of the building, catching handholds when she could.
Her booted feet hit solid ground and she stood, straightening her spine. Looking left than right, she saw a hatch across the street. Turning in that direction, she made it her new destination. Reaching the hatch, she put her hand to the panel, hatching a simple bag first, like she was shopping. Once she had the bag slung over her shoulder, she lifted her hand to the panel again. After several minutes, she'd had all she needed. Slinging the other strap over her shoulder, she turned in the direction back to her place. She'd need to use one of the sinks in the rooms below hers, there not being a bathoom in the library. A little ways away from the hatch, she glanced down into the bag, double-checking what she had, just in case she forgot anything.
