Oh, it's - don't worry. My alcohol tolerance is through the roof.

[ the reason for it may become more apparent if katherine and max ever meet in person - vampires always seem to have a way of knowing that she's not an ordinary human. angel could smell her feline DNA, eric could sense it in the way she moved. and she doesn't know about damon, but she slipped up and showed a display of strength to him that she was hoping he didn't notice. ]

All this and I made honor roll. Impressive, huh? [ pause. ] Of course, that was a few years ago.
