It's obvious that this transmission, for once, is entirely intentional. Mohinder is wearing a rather nice-looking dress shirt for once, and seems rather somber. He threads his fingers together and begins talking. "For anyone who might still know of him, Gabriel...Sylar has left the city. I thought I should mention." He's the last from his world now. It feels rather odd.
He doesn't seem to know how to move on from that, so there's a brief silence and then he just continues, his expression softening into an attempt at a smile. "For those who don't know me, I'm Mohinder Suresh. I've been holed up in my apartment for far too long, focused on research I no longer have an incentive to continue. As it seems to be time for a career change, I thought I might advertise myself as a tutor. I have several years of experience as a professor, and my specialty is the sciences- biology, in particular. However, I'm also available to tutor mathematics and literature, as I'm fairly well versed in those subjects, as well." He takes a moment to lean back in his chair and sighs slightly. "So if any of you had their studies interrupted by their kidnapping here to Taxon, or are merely interested in pursuing some of these topics, please let me know."

He reaches forward to turn the transmission off- but after a moment's thought, he sets it to private, making sure it will reach Fitz. "And Fitz Kreiner...may I speak with you? Is there anything I can help you with, at the moment?" He'd been utterly shocked to see Fitz's condition. Hopefully, others were checking in on his condition, as well. If not- well, at least Mohinder would be trying.
