003: [visual] learning curve
The feed opens, revealing one Arthur Pendragon, seated at a table (in his chambers) with a bandage around his head (shrapnel from the explosions) and a piece of parchment and a quill in front of him. This is highly irregular, but he does have an objective. He clears his throat, before he begins.
"It seems that some of you claim to be from the 'future'," (Yes, that is complete with air quotes.) "I don't really see how that's possible, but it does explain why I never have the faintest idea what any of you are on about."
This might seem a bit insulting, but he honestly is going somewhere with this. "In short, I'd like to learn a few of these 'modern' expressions and turns of phrase. If anyone would be interested in assisting me, I would be very grateful."
A pause, before he adds, as an afterthought:
"Oh, and I already know what 'to suck' means, so you can kindly leave that out."
