"We're doing makeovers? Oh, my God." Elena is excited, sir, especially because she thinks she can recognize Levi based on Stefan's description--he liked Stefan's boots, and he was nice to him, which automatically puts Levi in her good books. Of course, the only way to see if he deserves to stay there is to investigate him.
Oh, hello, you pretty little blonde thing. Levi looks just as excited to find someone excited. Happily, Levi claps his hands together once, and then waves at the tablet.
"Indeed we are, sweetheart," Levi hums. "And would I be correct in assuming you'd be interested in participating?"
"It depends, are we doing nails? Because I like my hair the way it is, but--really, these things are getting out of control." She holds up her hand, revealing that one nail is even chipped.
"I'm Elena, by the way, I think--if it's not weird to say this, are you Levi?"
Gasp, this will not do. Levi blinks at the tablet and the atrocious state of Elena's nails and a look of determination crosses his face. "Yes, we'll do your nails. That is a travesty."
Pause, because... oh, hey, she knows him. Levi isn't too concerned, though. "I am, yes. Elena, hmm...? Oh-- oh, you're Stefan's girlfriend, are you not?" Even more excitement! Levi likes Stefan, and he thinks he'll like Elena, too.
"I would never let them get like this, but I've been so busy--and I am! He mentioned you, so I thought I should definitely at least say hi, at some point." And so here she is, waving.
Levi waves back, all sorts of tickled pink. "He mentioned me? I hope it wasn't anything too terrible." Pause, and then Levi's getting up to go do whatever it is he needs to do to prepare for company.
"Of course you should come over. It's on the tablets-- Shane and I live in Osten, in the mansion around the middle of the district. You can't miss it."
"Actually, he said very good things," although he tempered them with his usual caution and disclaimers when it comes to vampires, which she knows mostly from him talking about himself; she's not sure that Stefan would be thrilled to hear about her going to Levi's house (mansion) unaccompanied, but she has her vervain and her tablet, and from what she can tell he's a popular guy, and not because everyone around the city is a sociopath.
She'll be fine, she decides, leaving Stefan a note - she needs to get out of the castle anyway, before she loses her mind.
"I will be right there, don't start anything fun without me." She smiles brightly and will turn off her tablet for the journey, however long it may be.
Oh, yay, Stefan was nice about him! And Levi would promise not to bite, if she mentioned Stefan being worried. Really, he has no problem with ignoring the smell of blood when he's full, and he just finished eating in anticipation of the humans coming over. Elena will be fine.
"Of course, we'll be waiting," Levi waves, and goes off to retrieve the supplies necessary for makeovers.

Elena arrives bearing gifts (a make-up bag and her nail kit, specifically) and not long after. Her note to Stefan read: At Levi's, doing nails, making friends, don't worry, I have my protection with me. Call me if you're still concerned. Love, Elena. She doesn't know if he'll call, but she'd like to leave the option open anyway.
Is there a doorbell? If so, she rings it; if not, she knocks, at whatever portal seems most appropriate. IS IT A GATE?

There's a doorbell, yes, so when he hears it from the other side of the house, Levi immediately jumps up to go greet whoever it is at his door. Shane is off doing other things for the moment, though Levi will probably call him in for advice at some point. Levi opens the door, and gives Elena a huge grin, stepping out of the way to let her inside.
"Come in, come in, I'm glad you made it. It's a pleasure to meet you in person, Elena." Levi is nearly bouncing in his excitement. This is going to be the most fun he's had in ages.
"Likewise, Levi!" Elena grins up at him in turn as she comes inside, holding up her bag of magic and glitter and pure, thrilling excitement - really, that's what it's full of.
"...your house," she adds, after a few seconds of looking around, "Is really great, did you do the interior design yourself?"
That actually would not be too hard to fit into a bag. Levi knows. Levi has tried. No, but seriously, he's intrigued by what is in that bag, and he will be grabbing at it very soon because he's a curious thing like that.
Also, this is quite possibly the first time someone has complimented his interior design skills. "Yes, actually," Levi replies, beaming. He looks pleased with himself. "The design is mine. Did you know most people don't even acknowledge it? You're the first to do so in ages."
