For some time now, the Countess has been absent from the network - not from Taxon, apparently, since her castle has remained where it is and evidently been kept up by the Extras employed there, but she hasn't moved from it or bothered to look at what anyone else is doing, either. Given how little she'd socialized before, her absence might have very easily gone unnoticed.
-but now she's emerged from her studio and her library and her galleries, and is once again paying attention.
Specifically, she's sitting down in front of the tablet in her study in a simpler autumn gown and trying to decide what to say. Eventually-
"I'm interested in learning to read the language here, 'English', if there's anyone who'd be willing to assist me."
Well, it's...a start. The first person to assume she normally reads French gets points for the effort of trying to pinpoint her accent, but no prize.
