Godspit, what is with these people and their preference for familiar names?
"Doctor, Godric said that he will soon be here, but if he fails, I will let you know." There's a rather pronounced bit of static that accompanies his statement.
"Sorry, who?" This is rather embarrassing, the sheer number of people who know him in the future. Were he less hyped up on espresso, he'd probably sigh and have a good sulk about it. Instead:
"I've got a complicated life, I'm afraid, big time travel timey wimey why not just tell me who you are and who's this Godric bloke but what's he failing on? An escape attempt maybe? Nah, nobody here wants to escape except me, at least that's what it feels like----"
"Godric is a gentleman of this place and I have been unwell. He is coming to assist me." They've hunted together and as much as he trusts any dead-thing, he'll wait for the vampire to arrive. "And, if I could, I would leave in a heartbeat. This place is nothing like my world and it is not large enough to really leave and explore."
"Exactly!" the Doctor says, all but hopping up and down as he talks. "Exactomundo! Not big enough! Like walking about in a rather large jar. Mind you, it is rather large for a prison, but nothing more than that, in the end. Beginning to worry that I'm the only one who thinks that way."

"You are not alone, Doctor." And, 'lo, on that day a Meta-Fairy offered up commentary. "I can appreciate this place because it gave me the opportunity to learn about Earth and to know that I was right, there are other inhabited worlds, but an interesting cage is still a cage."
"Very much so. Shall we meet in a couple days?" He's still not really planning on moving all that much for at least a week, but there's no harm in planning for the future.
"There is a café in Wilde with a large windmill on the roof. Do you know it?" It is not the Moulin itself, but a fair hybrid of what a respectable (?) Montmartre bistro ought to have in it.
"I will see you there in one week. I am a man of average height, with grey hair, and a sword at my side." He's a bit on the shorter side of average but that's not really important right now. "I look fairly similar to the people of Earth and other humans I've seen here."
The Doctor has found that the wishing thing could, in fact, produce fairly fantastic espresso. He may be a wee bit wired.
"This is the Doctor speaking! How can I help you?"

He'll be at this for a while.

"My thoughts exactly. So! Gilded cages being what they are, want to meet up somewhere? Talk about the ways we'd like to get out of them?

"Any place in particular you think might be best?" Best for avoiding prying ears and eyes, he hoped.
