She spotted a flash of brilliant red hair as she walked and almost ran over to the girl, but realized quickly that the skintone was completely wrong. Still, she nodded politely to her as she walked by.

She took a deep breath and let it out in a sigh. "If she's gone...if whatever brought us here sent her back to where she was...I don't want to know. Not yet."

"I hope you find her," Anna said quietly, turning the tablet screen back off, returning it to her coat pocket.

There was a pause, and then another smile, this one a little more apologetic. "I'm sorry, I haven't even introduced myself. I'm Uhura."
