The sight of Lafayette cowering on the floor pleases Pam immensely. He's reasonably interesting-- for a human-- and more importantly, useful. But in the end, he is only a human, and there are so many of those wandering around. She can afford to lose this one, if needs be, and she's vain enough to appreciate the sight of someone so terrified by her mere presence. And Pam is practical, as well as vain, and she understands the value of that fear. He's duplicitous already, and proved he's remarkably resourceful for a bloodbag. His terror will keep him more tractable. It's nothing personal, simply good business.
"A pleasure doing business with you," she murmurs, lowering her sunglasses over her eyes.
Exiting the freezer, Pam steps onto a raised platform, like nothing in Merlotte's. Like nothing in Bon Temps. "Isn't this interesting." Her facial expression suggests that by 'interesting' she means something far less neutral.
She's quiet for a moment, taking stock of the situation, one eyebrow raising as she takes it in.
"I'm rapidly losing patience with this situation." She taps one gorgeously shod toe against the floor a few times, shaking her head, eyes wary even as her face remains impassive. "And I'd appreciate someone steppin' forward to explain it, before I'm forced to lose my temper."
[ooc: I SAID I'D WAIT. I LIED. Pam needs to be here to troll the fuck out of Lafayette when he arrives.]
