Back to The Netherlands

Back since last Wednesday, recovered from jetlag and on full speed reading 3 books and photographing a bit to keep the money flow.

Instead of breaking the 'Word bash' game record -and thus having my name, flight number and seat  "eternally" recorded in the top 10 of the in-flight entertainment set of Cathay Pacific- I managed to molestate a remote control for the 3nd time in a half year. (from A 'dam to Tokyo in March and from A'dam-HK in August)

And this time I hadn't bring my DS Lite with me so I couldn't play against the others. Sheer boredom came upon me as I'd already seen V for Vendetta, X-men, Da Vinci Code etc. on all the last 4 return flights. Bambi, Finding Nemo, Ice Age, Over the Hedge...seen it at all least 5 times each in the planes, no kiddin.

Oh yeah, I swear I'll never take a plane ticket anymore! (although it was my Mom who'd bought these old-fashioned tickets, no listening to me to book online)
In the preoccupation that my Mom had my ticket I was ready to leave HK and at the last moment she was asking me whether I had the ticket.
I thought she was joking but her face showed all seriousness. "No Mom, this isn't funny anymore, please tell me you have it!"

Ealier that day I found a very crumpled piece of paper with the Cathay Pacific logo on it and thought it was nothing important but threw it in my bag anyway as I was too lazy to walk to the bin.
We'd calculated extra time for unexpected things but  this took me quite a lot of time for the search of that stupid piece of paper and stress was suddenly unavoidable.
Since 2004 I always use online booking where ever I was traveling to, hence used to e-tickets =no paper.

Found it eventually ofcourse and was still on time to catch the ferry to the airport. But in the hurry I forgot my Armani watch which was a present from Tommy. :(
