December Updates
Soooo...I haven't updated this in a while and a lot has happened. Bad first, good second. So work has been really stressful with too much to do and not enough help. I had also been stressing a bit about my friend that I reccomended a job since she was not doing too well. She got fired and I guess that makes me look really bad but I guess at least that is all that can happen so I do not have to continue to worry about how someone else makes me look in the place I think I might have a career.
Next, we lost a roomate somewhat abruptly in the holiday season and have to come up with extra money in two weeks to cover rent. We have been trying to find a new roomate but that is difficult. Now there will be someone else we will have to get used to and move in stuff and kind of restart all over or the person we are hoping will come won't be able to and I might have to cover an extra 400 a month until we do. Sort of sucky but I love where we live and the people we live around and plan on being here for awhile just like I said when I signed the lease.
Good stuff...this weekend has been pretty fun. Friday was my work holiday party. I got vodka from my secret santa Shauna and April loved my gift. Bali Hai was pretty fancy overlooking the bay with all sorts of food. Plus I got a pretty good holiday bonus from Neal with a card from him that had a lot of meaning. Then Friday my phone stopped working and my boss told me he upgraded my phone for me. I went today to pick it up. He got me and iphone and a couple covers and charges. Pretty cool. Love it. Yesterday I went and got my half sleeve finished. It looks amazing. I am really happy with it. I just need to decide on another piece to go on the inside of my arm. Yesterday was also Mikes christmas party. We were supposed to dress christmasy but I was the only one that did haha. It was pretty cool. They made lots of mexican food and I met a lot of his friends. Love most of them.
Today I am laying around. I might walk to the beach. I haven't decided if it is too cold or not. Then tonight Mike and I are going to the Vandals christmas concert to see the Vandals and Phenomenauts at the House of Blues. Excited! Yay for christmas time!
