Last time I checked I didn't work for Rochester Transportation Company! It is not my freaking fault transportation is running behind and it doesn't matter how many fucking times I call them....they will get here when they get here!
This one patient has been at my door three times within the last 20 minutes asking me to call for his ride! When I just told him they said 10 minutes ago that it would be at least 15 minutes he gives me attitude because they were supposed to pick him up at 11:00!!! OMG!! Plus it's snowing like crazy out there! Which makes traffic even slower!
I know I am going to hell because I get so frustrated with tramautic brain injured people but I can't help it!
Okay...I will take a deep breathe and relax...I'll try anyways!
