The latest chapter of Boruto manga reveals that Sumire and Sarada are not affected by Eida's allure. Some people say it's because they are in love, others say it's because Sarada is an Uchiha and Sumire had Nue implanted into her, so they have otsutsuki dna. As for me, I think they are blood related. They could all be cousins from Haruna family. In fact, when I first saw the first season of Boruto, I thought there was mention of one of Sumire's parents being a Haruna, but when I tried to check again later, I couldn't find it. I could've been a poor subbing that got edited out and replacement videos re-uploaded. Anyways, Sumire, Sarada, and Eida all being cousins seems like the most simplist way for Sarada and Sumire to be unaffected by Eida's allure.
I think it would be nice for Sumire to ask Eida to look at her past, particularly her mother. Sumire's mom died when she was very young, and she can barely remember her. Eida can tell Sumire what her mother was like. It would be a nice way for them to bond as friends.
There must be a reason why Eida specially requested Sarada and Sumire to come visit her. I think that Eida knew about their background, and that they would be unaffected by her allure. Eida is perhaps pretending being depressed about not being able to make real friends because everyone falls in love with her because of her allure that Amado gave her. I think Eida suspects that Sarada and Sumire are pretending to be in lust over Eida. She's playing along to see what they do.
