I received a 9lb
Honey Baked Ham as a gift. We thawed it yesterday and it is a helluva lot of ham.
We had it last night and I made it with mashed potatoes and fresh cauliflower. I know, but I was uninspired and tired. We are going to be eating this ham for quite some time and I am at a loss what to make with it or turn it into. I know the obvious split pea soup, but that's for when we are good 'n done with it.
Anybody have any good recipes that call for honey baked ham?
Thanks!
