I heard a rumor from a younger Brother that you were out of town for a while, perhaps even residing for a short time North of where you are. Any truth to that?

Yes and no. I spent the month of June in Baltimore. All of my mail was forwarded. I met with the Revolutionary there, talked to members of the GT on routine business there, and was heavily involved with local OTO activities. In fact, I was staying with an Oasis officer. The suspension was in late July. Note the timing. I was back in Atlanta. All of the mail Mr. B. represents he sent me were at times between October 2006 and June 2007. I was at my present address. Further, I have had the same email address throughout the last dozen years. Further, Mr. B. furnished a certification report that clearly shows that the October 30 letter was returned to him by USPS mistake in early November. In late November he wrote me the letter I received, which speaks to me as if I had received the earlier communication. There is proof that was then in his possession that I had not, through no fault of mine. That he himself cites this somehow as "proof of refusal" seems bizarre to me.

Examine the letters. I think OTO officers tend to have two faces, and whether Mr. B. is well-meaning but handled this incompetently or with intentional malice is of no importance here. I am not judging his soul...I am judging the GT actions towards me.

If he reported to 'King' Dave that I refused, then the latter is not engaging in slander when he says I repeatedly refused mail on this, but he is *wrong*, and he could have sent it email....he has *always* had my address. If he read the same stuff I read from USPS, then he had to know and Mr. B. had to know that I had refused nothing prior to immediately before the so-called "Tribunal" and to say so to third parties is slander.
