As you can see, I concentrate on the big picture of decline and fall -- though I do reference the speech. I can sum up my view of 'King' Dave's speech at NOTOCON in two sentences:

He has moved from assertion that he is "boss" of the club to assertion that he is Prophet, capable of dictating the meaning of Liber AL. That makes him, to my mind, and by his own standards, a heretic.
